Classic Car Winner Announced

Monroe, WA – The Valley General Hospital Foundation celebrates another successful year of fund-raising for Valley General Hospital in Monroe. The winner of this year's classic car raffle of a 1971 Mach 1 Mustang is Carlos Malone of Bellingham, Washington. The winning ticket number is 02996. Lin McIlrath, Foundation Manager, spoke by phone to Mr. Malone just minutes after his winning ticket was drawn at the Evergreen State Fair on September 7. Although in shock, Mr. Malone stated he has purchased raffle tickets over the past 15 years and did so mainly to support a good "cause."
