Receive Free Screening, When You Make Food Donation

Monroe, WA – For many, this time of the year is the perfect time to donate to local food banks. Also this time is usually when many make a commitment to get a healthy start on the New Year. There will be two days in the upcoming weeks where you can do both.
Valley General Hospital’s Sports and Physical Therapy is hosting a free body fat screening for those who bring in two non-perishable food items to the clinic located in the new Sky River Medical Center. The screening dates are the following and no appointment is necessary: Tuesday, December 20 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and on Wednesday, December 21 from 1 – 5 p.m.
